Add milk.&lt;br /&gt;Eat.&lt;br /&gt;Tasty, sweet, simple. Foreman grill, I've been experimenting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Orange bell pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 bunch of Asparagus (thin kind)&lt;br /&gt;1 large Portabella mushroom&lt;br /&gt;Salt, Pepper&lt;br /&gt;Garlic Salt&lt;br /&gt;Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;Aluminum Foil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slice pepper into thin slices.  &lt;br /&gt;Cut ends (not the leafy part) off of asparagus (I like mine to be about 5-6 inches long).&lt;br /&gt;Cut Portabella into smallish wedges.&lt;br /&gt;Put all onto a large sheet of aluminum foil, and turn up edges.&lt;br /&gt;Drizzle on olive oil.&lt;br /&gt;Add salt, pepper, and a little garlic salt.&lt;br /&gt;Fold up foil to make a sealed pouch. They are also brown (what veggies are brown?).&lt;br /&gt;Garden's are moist when cooked, full of visible vegetable pieces. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I bought a full package, I needed to figure out a way to make the Boca's palatable.&lt;br /&gt;so...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masked Boca's&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Boca Burger&lt;br /&gt;1 Bun&lt;br /&gt;1 Tomato&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Avocado&lt;br /&gt;Sprouts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grill the burger (G. Forman works well).&lt;br /&gt;While grilling, (to warm it... doesn't need cooking) cut a few thick slices of tomato and slice avocado into smallish pieces.&lt;br /&gt;On top of bottom bun, layer: tomato slice, burger, all avocado slices, tomato slice, sprouts, bun top.&lt;br /&gt;And, by the end, it's pretty tasty.  And good for you. type='text'>Avacado Salad</title><content type='html'>Tasty and simple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You need:&lt;br /&gt;1 reasonably ripe (not squishy) avacado&lt;br /&gt;1 tomato&lt;br /&gt;1 cucumber&lt;br /&gt;1 lime&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut avacado, tomoato, and 1/2 of the cuke (save the rest for another salad) into chunks.&lt;br /&gt;Mix together in bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Slice lime in half and squeeze all the juice onto the pieces.&lt;br /&gt;Add salt (liberally) and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;Toss and eat.  &lt;br /&gt;Tasty!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>Tilla Cookies</title><content type='html'>From a great grandmother of mine (named Tilla)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;need:&lt;br /&gt;4 c. flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 c. butter&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1/2 c. sour cream&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using two knives, cut together flour, salt, baking powder, and butter.&lt;br /&gt;Beat the eggs&lt;br /&gt;Add eggs, sugar and vanilla - mix well.&lt;br /&gt;Mix together sour cream and baking soda&lt;br /&gt;Add sour cream and baking soda mix to the rest of the ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chill dough overnight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roll dough out very thin (on well floured surface)&lt;br /&gt;Cut out cookies, sprinkle with colored sugar.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enjoy!
